2. This machine should be installed in a room with clean air, no direct sunlight, no strong electromagnetic field and radiant energy, and small changes in ambient temperature. In order to ensure the temperature control accuracy of the carbon dioxide incubator, it is recommended to use it in the environment of 15 °C - 25 °C.

3. Read the instruction manual before starting the machine, master the correct use method, pay special attention to the cylinder before opening, be sure to loosen the pressure reducing valve to prevent the gas hose from blasting.

4. When opening the inner door of the carbon dioxide incubator, first turn off the carbon dioxide control switch. After closing the door, when the CO2 concentration display shows “0.0”, turn on the CO2 control switch.

5. When the difference between the ambient temperature and the set temperature is less than (RT5 °C), the air conditioner is used to reduce the ambient temperature. During the whole process of the culture, there should be no obvious change in the ambient temperature. Otherwise, the carbon dioxide culture may be caused due to the change of the ambient temperature. The temperature control inside the box is not allowed.

6. The carbon dioxide incubator should have a good grounding device to ensure safety.

7. During use, the pressure output of the pressure reducing valve and the flow rate of the two flow meters should be monitored frequently. Do not arbitrarily twist the various valves in the control box. If there is a deviation in the concentration of the carbon dioxide incubator, you should first find out the reasons for the inaccuracy of the relevant values before you can make a slight adjustment.

8. When the machine is used for the first time or after reusing the machine for a long time, it should be operated according to the requirements of Articles 1 to 3 of the method of use, especially when it is officially cultivated.

9. When opening the glass door, it should be operated according to the use method 3 to prevent the “overshoot” phenomenon caused by the accumulation when the temperature and CO2 concentration in the tank are restored.
